1. You are on a 3 game winning streak after your win against the yeti on Monday. How do you think you guys did in that game? I think we played well and continue to improve as a team each week.

2. They are a little bit of a new look team compared to the last couple seasons. What was your impression of them? They still have some of the players we are used to seeing and they made some nice additions to fill out their roster. I don’t think we saw their best that night.

3. You got revenge against the eagles last week. What do you think you guys did better in that game compared to the first game with them? We kept playing hard no matter what the score was.

4. Anderson talked himself out of goalying against you guys a few weeks ago. Did you want a chance to face him in net? Absolutely.

5. You have never been on lakens team before. Whats been your impression of her as a teammate this season? Laken is a great player and will just get better…she holds her own against anyone.

6. NFL season over. What do you think was the biggest surprise this season? The Patriots quick turnaround is what comes to mind. Also Mike T stepping down.

7. How do you compare watching the Super Bowl to watching the Stanley cup? I highly enjoy both. Obviously the Super Bowl is a single game and is the bigger event while the Stanley Cup is multiple games. I love when people tell me how they don’t really follow hockey but always watch the Stanley Cup playoffs because of the high energy and action. I would say its more likely for people to think a Super Bowl is boring vs a Stanley Cup Final being boring.

8. Did you like the McCarthy hiring? At first I wasn’t too excited, but have been warming up to it. I like that he is an offensive minded guy.

9. You think the pens will make the playoffs this season? Yes, very happy with how they have looked this year and I feel Dubas has hit with all his moves.

10. How many wins for the pirates this season? I like that they have made some moves and spent some money from what I can tell. I don’t follow too in depth but I’ll say plus .500.

11. You had to leave early to go to a basketball game the other night. Aside from hockey, what were your favorite sports to play back in the day? Football is second for me. I played 2 years for the Reynoldsville Falcons and all 4 years of high school…as well as plenty of “backyard” games with friends. I enjoyed playing baseball too.

12. Would you consider your son to be a good basketball player and if not, does he have potential? I would say he is both…he’s good and he has potential to be even better.

13. Baseball takes up a lot of your time in the summer. Do you coach at all or do you just attend the games? I coach Little League. My kids are also on some tournament style teams which I happily spectate.

14. Jake and Noah on the opposite side this season. How do you think you guys have adjusted without them this season? Seems like we have adjusted quite nicely despite them being players that are not easily replaced.

15. When you play the colonials on Monday, who will you worry more about, Noah or Bob? Neither. The main concern is not leaving Brian open for easy goals.
