1. 6-5 win over the Colonials last night. What can you say about the team effort in the win? The team effort was great, everyone had big individual games and the team plays to help us win.

2. What can you say about Clint’s play last night? Clint’s been playing the best I’ve seen him play. Over the years our teams especially me have picked on him quite a bit but that might just fade away if he keeps this up!

3. Yourself, Brandon, Cory and Zach on the same line. How do you think you guys have mixed in together so far? I think the line up works out great, Cory Brandon and I have good chemistry after playing a few years together, and adding someone with the decision making, shot, and passing Zach has we knew he’d be a great pick up but personally I think he’s a better pick than we even expected!

4. Two, third period goals last night. Take us through the first one you got? The first one I got was simply just hockey no plan we had good pressure in their zone, forced a bad pass, got a good steal and Zach hit me with a great pass, the only thought I had during that whole play was I gotta hit the net once I got the ball, and it worked. The second goal though I did anticipate them trying to put pressure on us and go when I saw the opening, so that one was definitely thought out!

5. Was it a little more satisfying to win against Noah and Jake?  I wouldn’t say it was satisfying beating them it felt more like a statement, however there’s a lot of the league left! Also I’d much rather be winning with them than against them!

Colonials making a change

John Matchock played a large part in the Colonials opening night win against the Yeti. He only allowed 3 goals despite some high quality opportunities. His reward? Going back to skating out. Who
