Thank goodness for broken lights

1. The team was able to pick up a 15-5 win over the Spare Parts last night. What can you say about the overall team effort in the win? I thought we played alright. Not where we should be though. 2. How did your body feel following a hot night of hockey playing ironman? My body felt alright. Just don’t have that endurance to do that anymore. Thank god that light broke in the third period. 3. You have been back on skates for 4 games now. Are you enjoying the break from in the net? The way I was playing yes. Though the last game I played in net I felt good but we need to get our team at full strength here at the end of the season. 4. The team has struggled against the league’s top teams. What do you think has gone wrong in some of those games? A lot of breakdowns. I’m used to playing defense. I was finding myself on offense way more than I like to be. For us to be successful, Bob, Derik, Brian, and Steve need to make the offense go. The defense job is to get it up to those guys. Back checking needs to get better also. 5. Yeti next week. What kind of chance are you giving the team? Obviously a tough game. We have to play smart and cut back on mistakes. Any mistake you make against a good team is magnified cause they have the skill to make you pay
